Almohades vs Grenada (early AoC)

Chevance Frédéric 30%
Cosson Frédéric 25%
The percentage show how often the player got the best performance on each scenario.

- SCENARIO ANALYSIS
Sahara:

Best Lybian: M. Acloque
Best Guaramante: A. Roy
Lybians are probably the most difficult to play (being mostly LHI, a troop type which players are not used to).
Maroc:
Best Almohade: M. Acloque et B. Rollett (same result)
Best Grenadin: F. Chevance
Grenade has lost significantly (7-1 ou 7-2) in all games. The good use of crossbows and Jinetes is hard to master for players.
Arthur:
Best Saxon: A. Roy
Best Romano British: M. Acloque
The mass of warbands proved too hard for most players.
Tip: Use a deep formed noble unit to link 2 lines of warbands within the same division (the famous H formation).
Espagne:
Best Carthage: A. Roy et S. Hénault (same result)
Best Spanish: M. Acloque
The special rules for the Spanish warriors was an attempt to have 8cm wide LHI which have to be deployed in central sector. Despite the obvious weakness of this troop type, all Spanish players have won their game. The long line created flanks attack opportunities.
Danube:
Best Byzantine: B. Rollett
Best Bulgar: A. Roy (replaced on these game by 2 players from my club cooperating)
The requirement on deployment was not used during the competition but should avoid the opposite corner deployment syndrome which happened twice in this scenario.

Next competition in France:
- Open de France Armati les 27 et 28 octobre, near Paris
One day will oppose Biblical armies, the other will oppose Dark ages armies
