Black Powder

Saluti, amici,

one of my tabletop-friends, Matt Jacobsen, my favorite DBA-couterpart, has convinced me, to begin with Black Powder. We want to do this in 28mm. Black Powder is from Warlordgames and a set of rules for the napoleonic epoch. I read the rules briefly, and they made no bad impression. However I did not play it ever. Matt builds up Frenchman (strange for an Englishman, I am a patriot, I makes Bavarians. Still 2-3 months can go by, (o.k. maybe 4-5) until we have everything finished. I want for me six Battaillons, they give two regiments infantry, with Cavalry and Artillery I will have a brigade. Matt is the better artist of us, he will build a nice battlefield. If we are ready and make the first game, I will make photos and poste them here.

no, in this time its not necessary to create a new post. We dont know, how Black Powder works, and maybe its not the game what we want. But if this are rules with a great fun-factor, we can open a separate post in autumn.

scusa talbot,ma dove hai imparato il tedesco, perchè ci sarebbe da tradurre qualcosina... magari la parte "Campagne" del reg il GC per un club tedesco...

If you want to understand Anedena, you should have a notion of Armageddon. Armageddon is a strategic Fantasygame. every player gets at the beginning a country with a capital, several cities and markets or villages. And he gets a basic stock of soldiers. Everything that happens on the plate, can be noted and is a collecting main for literature. Each player specifies a culture for itself at the beginning, which he simulates then in the game and in stories over it. Armageddon is sequentially played since 1968 in Germany, Austria and Sweden. Anedena is a variant of Armageddon. For me there were too many fantastic cultures, I wanted more historical models. But we have some fantastic elements, as monsters, armies of Nothumans etc.
Anedena or Armageddon differ little of the campaign, which IL Giglio will start. You have your kingdom or republic, you must it administer, to go with other players in diplomatic contact, and fight your wars or try to avoid them. You have to receive your Kingdom as for a long time as possible and make it so large as possible. Like in the real life the seasons play a role, lost warriors be recruited, and everything hangs off of the tax revenue, thus also, as there are many cities and villages, which can pay the money into the pocket of the king.
Both are games, for which you must engage yourself for a longer term. That was also the problem. At the beginning we were 23 players, but by job, study etc. it became less and less. At last we were only three or four players, who met regularly. It was difficult to find new players, who wanted to engage themselves at longer term. Since all old players have still different interests, Anedena was put for the time being on ice. I evaluated in the meantime the notes and reports of all events and summarized and published all in some books.

le domande sono problema. Ora ho scritto 8 libri. maggior parte come selfpublisher da lulu.com Porterò le armageddon-regole a Marostica. là potete avere uno sguardo. il concetto di base di Anticamente non è così differente, penso.

Dopo che ho postato qualche foto nel Forum, con alcuni miniaturi che io uso per Black Powder, ora scrivo le regole.
Black Powder può essere giocato per il periodo 1680 - 1900. Le regole sono da warlord games e costano 35 Euro (via Amazon). Black Powder non è partita per tornei. Le Regole lo consentono, che i giocatori sono d'accordo molto liberamente tra di loro. Black Powder è un gioco di gentiluomini che si gioca con gli amici. O con i giocatori, che si basa sulla sua impostazione. Raccomando a chi vuole trattare con Black Powder, a farlo non in 28 mm. Sembra buono, ma le dimensioni del campo da giuoco è enorme. Matt e ho bisogno per le nostre brigate di un'area di 3,5 metri x 1,5-2 metri. A 15 mm, sarebbe la metà (più o meno come in DBM o FOG).
Prima caratteristica: simulazione di Black Powder è molto importante! Le regole richiedono che voi concessi (in totale o individualmente) esatto comanda le sue truppe. Ad esempio: Il 5. granatieri, occupano la foresta per Verona e proteggere il fianco sinistro della brigata.
Quindi, le competenze generali sono molto importanti. L'esercito del generale capace sarà più portatile rispetto a un comandante inetto.
I comandi per le riprese e mischia sono inutili, fanno i soldati stessi. Dimensioni sono date in Zoll (tedesco), è possibile specificare eventuali perdite come a segni di Armati. Matt e io ti rappresenterà da soldati morti o feriti. Un'unità raggiunge un limite di perdite, lei deve testare la loro morale. È perso il test, l'unità è considerata distrutti o dispersi.
Black Powder regolamenta non solo battaglie, ma anche lotta per fortezze. Ho ordinato da Mirliton 2 x artiglieria e uno squadrone di Chevauxlegeres. Forse tutto è completamente dipinto fine di gennaio. Se abbiamo quindi preparatevi il passo, c'è un grande rapporto con le immagini in febbraio o marzo

Il secondo link è la brigata quasi completa. C'è una mancanza del generale e la cavalleria. Ottengo solo il modello Expo di Verona.
